Welcome to our program for LEOs and SWAT.
As the Middle East's Leader in the field of Urban Defensive Tactics for Law Enforcement, our mission is to empower Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) and Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) personnel with simple, efficient, and "acid-tested" tools, tactics, and strategies to survive modern violence.
Our program’s secondary objective aims at reducing to the strictest minimum both Officer and Civilian fatalities and injuries that might occur in the line of duty. We aim at achieving this goal by imparting Police personnel with especially designed Awareness, De-escalation, and Threat Interception drills via our revolutionary Scenario Replication and Tactical Role Playing protocols.
Our unorthodox approach has been very successful and will yield many benefits, mainly:
- Reduced Police and Civilian fatalities and injuries: Because of our realistic scenario training protocols, officers are more efficient at dealing with violence, and make fewer mistakes while on the job, thus reducing Police and Civilian casualties. As a result, civilians will feel safer and more confident in LEOs/ SWAT
- Increased officer morale: Police officers that feel safe are happier police officers. This positively impacts productivity, job satisfaction, atmosphere, and reduces operational/ administrative errors due to stress and lack of training
- Reduced cognitive dissonance through practical training: We scenario train LEOs/ SWAT in their uniforms/ gear to minimize cognitive dissonance (feelings of inadequacy) and increase their confidence in dealing with violent encounters
- Reduced Training injuries, despite high level realistic contact: Despite the full contact nature of Senshido, training injuries are minimized through the use of inexpensive protective equipment and safety regulations
